II. KYC Procedures SkinsVIP is committed to maintaining an accurate and effective KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure to verify the identity of its users in order to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
In particular, if an anti-money laundering violation is suspected, SkinsVIP may contact the user to obtain the following information: User's first and last name; User's date of birth; User's residential address; User's proof of address (any document showing the user's name and address); User's ID number; Copy of the user's ID; Photo showing the user holding the ID; Photo of the user's partially covered bank card.
The KYC procedures implemented by SkinsVIP are designed in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations and are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure that they are as effective as possible and in compliance with generally applicable laws.
SkinsVIP reserves the right to deny access due to insufficient identity verification or suspected fraud and promptly reports any sanctioned or high-risk attempts to the Financial Intelligence Unit.
High-risk customers, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), their family members or associates, and individuals from countries identified as high-risk by the Financial Action Task Force, may be subject to enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide required identity verification may result in the rejection or closure of an account.
